Villa Rental Rates & Optional Services

Weekly Rental Fee:
Rates start at $1,200 per week for the entire villa for up to four people. Additional adults are pro rated at $150 per person for a maximum of eight but can vary depending on time of year and number of people in your family or fly fishing group. Please fill out the reservations information form to tell us about your family or fly fishing group.

What's Included:
All of the villa's amenities are at your disposal including private tennis court, dock, beach, two sea kayaks, three bicycles, screened porch, gas barbecue.

Not Included:
Guided fly fishing, power boat (see info about boat rentals) or off shore charters are not included in Bahamas Backroads Villa rental fees.

Options:
Bahamas Backroads Villa rental offers convenient services in advance of your arrival. For an nominal additional charge we can arrange for daily cleaning services.
